How To Use The Modules:

  • Work through the 4 modules at your own pace.

  • You do not need to work through in any particular order, but following the modules chronologically would be the most beneficial route.

  • Watch the videos and pause so you can work through the tasks.

  • It is not necessary to print the workbooks feel free if you are someone who likes to tick off a checklist.

  • At the bottom of each page you will find links to each module.
