I'm Artist and I have ADHD which means I am very familiar with the feeling of being surrounded by chaos and not in control of my life, which can have a negative impact on our mental health and hinder our creative practice. But over the years I've created lots of strategies that help my get rid of the clutter in my life and regain control of my life. I believe that when you bring order in your life, get rid of the clutter there is space to invite calm and creativity.

This November I'm inviting you to take part in my 🤍30 Day Declutter Challenge🤍.

The challenge will take place on Instagram and runs for the whole of November with 1 task per day.

 
 

 You will:

1) Declutter your studio to create an organised space that fosters inspiration and productivity.
2) Streamline your digital life, which includes your phone, laptop or computer, to support your Art practice and business.
3) Simplify your schedule to do the things that are important to you.

 
 


Sound good?

Each section lasts for approximately 10 days so you could just do the digital organisation if you like. If you manage to complete all the tasks, then you will be well on your way to living a calm and organised December.
